Company4you Ltd appeared in 2018 when we aimed to manage properties abroad for various owners who could not handle them. The main problems were finding experienced management, dealing with the local legal and tax systems and getting the most out of them. In the first year, we worked with few people who are investors, but we did our best to let the people who own their properties feel the effectiveness of our work. Then we came to the decision that most overseas property owners make the same mistake every time and this makes these properties a burden for them. When buying a property abroad, everyone trusts local brokers, and they save them quite important facts and exaggerate the potential of the properties and follow their emotions. And then we decided to start building the perfect overseas real estate portfolio and offer it to you as you see it now on our investment platform. An investor does not need to be a sole proprietor to receive income from property. And when we offer to buy part of it, it is important to offer an alternative option so that the money is properly invested. Currently, Company4you Ltd provides security, good income and variety. And if you notice that we haven't offered a new project for more than a month, don't worry, because we are researching from hundreds of offers in over 30 different destinations the most suitable for investment and high yield.
